Technical Studies

IDMON’s Technical Studies department, consists of a team of very experienced staff in carrying out technical studies and covers an array of property needs:


Architectural, static, electrical and mechanical engineering studies for the issue of specific building permits, related to: the construction of brand new properties, the alteration of purpose for buildings, the issue of licenses for retails of hygienic interest (e.g. restaurants, cafes), the maintenance and restoration of listed monuments

Architecture diagrams, composition of surface charts – joint ownership ratios

Energy inspections – issue of energy performance certificate – proposals for the energy upgrade of buildings

Electomagnetical facilities blueprints – upgrade or operational autonomy of facilities studies, issue of fire protection certificates


Composition of land survey diagrams (building lots & agricultural land)

Remedial application action

Studies for expropriated lands

Studies for filing objections against the ratification of forest maps and for the correction of Hellenic Land Registry (Cadastre) documents


Removal of hazardous materials:
Studies for the recording, registering and identification of hazardous materials and sewage from industrial buildings

Standard Environmental Commitments (SEC):
Studies for the inclusion of large building complexes under SEC status

Electronic Waste Registry (EWR):
Studies for the development, maintenance and update of an EWR for large building complexes who have aquired SEC status
