IDMON’s team has carried out and resolved over 1500 cases, related to settlements of urban planning violations of Act. 3843/2010, Act. 4014/2011, Act. 4495/2017. All settlements have been granted official status and thus are legislative binding through being diligently input by our engineers on to the national electronic database of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
