Facility Management

The Facility Management services department has organically developed from our decade long cooperation with major banks in Greece and currently includes a portfolio of more than 900 properties across Greece. Our aim is to manage all properties in a way that will protect and secure the financial and business interests linked to each investment property, thus maintaining or in fact increasing the property’s value. Effective facility management prevents property wear and tear caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance. It also prevents revenue losses caused by building degradation as well as slows down the depreciation of the initial investment.
